Standard Products
We accept returns on eligible, non-custom products within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
Please package the item securely to prevent damage during return shipping.
Contact us before returning an item so we can provide instructions.
Custom, Personalized & Made-to-Order Products
Custom, personalized, and individually commissioned products are final sale and cannot be returned for a change of mind, except as required by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
We take pride in our craftsmanship. If your purchase arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order details and photographs of the issue.
We will work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution, including repair, replacement, or refund as warranted.
Return Shipping
For standard returns unrelated to damage, defects, or our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For confirmed damage, defects, or an error on our part, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs when a return is necessary.
Refunds
Once an eligible returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 calendar days. Your payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
